Pueblo Norte is a lively, upscale community, offering residents many opportunities to create friendships, learn new skills, travel, and participate in a wide variety of organized activities in a resort-like setting.
We are located at Shea and Scottsdale Roads in North Scottsdale, Arizona, on a 22-acre beautifully-landscaped campus with mission-style architecture.
We offer a selection of care options to fit our residents’ personal needs:

Independent Living
Our independent living residents come from both the surrounding Scottsdale area, and from out-of-town. Many residents have found Pueblo Norte the place to be when moving to be closer to family in Arizona.
Residents can choose from six styles of Independent Living apartments and villas, all with a patio or balcony, and private outside entrances. Apartments cluster around landscaped courtyards with mature trees and walking paths. Each floor plan has flexible living space to accommodate personal furnishings.
We also offer home health to our Independent Living residents needing a bit of extra support to remain in their own apartment or villa home. We partner with Carefree Home Health, which is on-site at Pueblo Norte.
Assisted Living
Assisted Living at Pueblo Norte is designed for seniors who want residential living
with some level of supervision and care. With only 33 suites, we have a family-like atmosphere.
Individualized assistance provided by our caring staff allows our residents to maximize their independence and participate in activities that promote socialization, friendships and staying active.
We offer two different sizes and floor plans, all of which include a small refrigerator and microwave. Residents are welcome to bring their own furnishings and décor to create a familiar and inviting home-like atmosphere.
Skilled Nursing Care
Pueblo Norte provides skilled nursing services in a licensed and Medicare-certified setting that includes both private and semi-private accommodations.
Our resident-centered approach provides the individual attention and compassion essential for quality of life and self esteem.
Our goal is to develop individualized plans of care designed to meet the medical, emotional, spiritual, social, and activity needs of each resident.
Rehabilitation
Both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services are available on-site at Pueblo Norte. Therapy services can be vital to an individual’s recovery.
Pueblo Norte offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy; these services are covered by Medicare and many Managed Care programs. Our team of therapists, nurses, social service and home health professionals review and assess each individual’s rehabilitation program, and tailor it to meet his or her needs.
